He knew so much about the landscape and pointed out the sights and taught us their stories. Capt Dan took my friends and I on a fabulous day of REAL sailing with rails buried on both sides on a day trip to East Hampton and back.

He also provided fresh local strawberries, sugar plums and olives along with a fantastic charcuterie board not to mention superlative service, sailing know how and engaging conversation.

I very much look forward to our next trip with him.

Thank you to Captain Dan and his crew for an amazing afternoon sail. They surprised us with a local meat, cheese, and fruit platter. They helped us refill our drinks and take pics. We started with a still day but as we came back in the breeze picked up and the crew got so excited they asked if we can stay out a bit longer to sail. We were delighted!!!

Our family had an experience of a lifetime. Captain Dan could not have been a more gracious host. Our family not being experienced sailors didnt know what to expect. But from the moment we boarded we knew we were in good hands. Dan gave us a tour of the yacht and explained so much about this beautiful vessel. Then we were on the water having the time of our lives.

What a wonderful afternoon spent on board the Rhapsody with Capt. Dan and Nancy. The day was a perfect 10 in every way…the boat is fantastic, Dan was/is the best; a real professional, and the weather couldn’t have been better. A totally relaxing experience.

What a lovely day sail we had out of Greenport on Rhapsody with Captain Dan and his wife Nancy. Sailing around Gardiners Bay with views of Orient and Shelter Island was breathtaking. Look forward to getting out there again!
